To make inquiries about a custom product

Custom products are manufactured in order to meet your specific application requirements. These products will be subject to our technical capabilities and to your budget. Examples of customized products, as well as their electrical and mechanical characteristics, can be found by looking at the relevant product files on our "PRODUCTS" pages. In order to let us know your requirements, please use the various means to contact us as described below. |

How to place an order?

| There are several ways you can order our products: |

Browse our "SALES NETWORK". If there is a distributor in your country, please contact him directly. Otherwise, contact SDS in France using the various means below. Our distributor or we, will in return send you a sales proposal indicating a delivery lead time, as well as, if necessary a pro-forma invoice covering all costs including delivery costs if you do not directly support them.

 Delivery lead times and ancillary costs
|

| The average delivery lead times for our standard products are 2 to 3 weeks from the date of your order and payment. Lead times for custom-designed products are usually longer.
You can decide to directly bear insurance, transportation, and any ancillary costs associated with your order by notifying us of your account number with an international transportation firm. |
